Situated in the heart of Vrindavan is a renowned temple known as Shri Radha Sneh Bihari Mandir, which is based on Haridasiya Sampradhay. About 250 years ago there existed a small temple established by a scholar of Haridasiya Grhasti traditions, Shri Snehi Lal Goswami, the 10th generation Goswami of Swami Shri Haridas. Goswamiji was a true devotee and a shayan bhog seva adhikari of the world renowned, Shri Banke Bihari Mandir.

One day during his seva, he had a strong desire to obtain a child just like Bihariji. That very night, Bihariji appeared in his dream and told him to locate an area in his gaushala. An area situated on the land, underneath a specific dark colored cow. There he said, he would find a very special blessing where all these emotions would be fulfilled. Shri Snehilal Goswamiji quickly went to that location and to his surprise, on that very spot, he obtained a beautiful "Shri Vigraha" that was identical to Shri Banke Bihariji himself. This divine vigraha was given the name: Thakur Shri Radha Sneh Bihariji Maharaj. Soon after, a small temple was created and inaugurated to enshrine this beautiful form of Bihariji himself.

Shri Snehilal Goswamiji lived many years in the service of Thakurji, experiencing his grace from day to day. He one day left his body peacefully and went on to a higher abode. At this point his nephew, Shri Giridharlal Goswamiji Maharaj, a renowned sanskrit scholar known mainly for his Shrimad Bhagwat narrations. took on the responsibilities to oversee the temple and seva of the Lord.

After Girdharlal Goswamiji, his son, Acharya Goswami Shri Mool Bihari Shastriji (Barde Gurudevji) furthered the seva and puja of Shri Radha Sneh Bihariji. After seeing the deterioration of the existing temple, he had the vision to create a state of the art grand temple for Thakurji, but unfortunately the lord had other plans. His vision was left unseen and at the age of 47, he made an early departure for the higher world. His devoted son, Acharya Shri Mridul Krishna Goswamiji, took on the responsibilities to turn this dream into reality. With pure dedication he worked hard towards the completion of this beautiful vision, which was further achieved with the support of his brothers, Acharya Atul Krishna Goswamiji and Acharya Vipul Krishna Goswamiji.

On May 4th, 2003 the dream of establishing this Temple actually took its form. Built across 1000 square yards, it is the result of the dedication of over 1500 workers. Made up of exclusive white and red marble, it is elegantly designed with traditional carvings. There are over 80 beautifully designed columns that gives the temple a touch of royalty.

The Temple also has 40 guest rooms that are open to all who desire to spend time in the presence of Shri Thakurji, and wish to experience the realm of a blissful Vrindavan. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life, one can come here to unwind and have a spiritual connect between their mind, body and soul. The temple premises also includes a massive parking garage that conveniently accommodates the vehicles of all devotees and guests.
